In Houston, the temps outside are hotter than a man on the cover of a Danielle Allen novel. In other words, it’s scorching, which is why this week’s writing prompts are on the warmer side of steamy. As an erotica writer, my mind stays in the gutter. This week, why don’t you join me there by using one of these prompts as inspiration for a hot, steamy read.
Why Use Writing Prompts
Whether you write erotica, romance, or any and everything in between, writing prompts are great to incorporate into your writing routine. Writing prompts have helped some conquer writer’s block, while giving others a creativity boost. Writing takes practice. Practice makes perfect. Use these steamy writing prompts as inspiration or a starting point for a daily writing habit.
Although we’ve slacked a bit (a lot, actually), writing prompts are a major component of BBC’s platform. As we head into the second half of 2021, Big Black Chapters is making an effort to be more creative. That means, more blog posts, more articles, and best of all – more writing prompts.

However, when they arrive they realize they’ve made a terrible mistake. They booked the wrong resort. They’re actually at a nudist retreat!
